What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and process invoices for agency-billed Property & Casualty (P&C) policies
- Validate premium amounts, endorsements, and adjustments before issuing bills
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agency billing inquiries
- Identify opportunities to streamline billing workflows and enhance efficiency
- Assist agencies with understanding centralized billing processes and system navigation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance billing, accounting, or related financial operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in billing/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, centralized environment with multiple stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance strongly preferred
