      The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) aims to provide excellent healthcare and promote healing centred around each person.       As a Senior/Engineer in the Hospital & Services Planning team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Development Secretariat and Hospital Planning Committee (HPC). Working closely with the Head of Biomedical Engineering, you will ensure that the execution, budget and quality of the development align with the established programme. This includes overseeing end-user briefs, operations requirements, systems design with technology partners, guidelines and project timelines. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops, coordinate meetings with various project stakeholders and report to the HPC.

      Job requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering or related fields
      • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
      • Excellent planning, analytical and communication skills
      • Knowledge & skills in design thinking, change management, project management, process and technology adoption methodologies would be advantageous
      • Familiarity with hospital operations, AutoCAD, Photoshop and presentation software
      • Basic understanding of Cybersecurity and IT network knowledge is advantageous
      • Ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
      • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions
