      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on client evaluations and needs
      - Maintain clinical supervision and compliance with insurance and organizational guidelines
      - Mentor and lead behavior technicians in treatment plan execution and quality assurance
      - Conduct ongoing client assessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly
      - Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide training on treatment techniques

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or equivalent
      - Compliance with state licensing and certification requirements
      - Strong organizational skills for maintaining client records and documentation
      - Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and staff
      - Ability to work independently and manage client services effectively
