      BRIEFING/RESEARCH ATTORNEY
      Salary: $100,000 annually

      Bonus: up to $6,000 quarterly bonus

      Overview
      Thomas J. Henry Law is hiring a Briefing/Research Attorney to support trial attorneys in preparing and developing personal injury cases. This is a great opportunity to build litigation skills in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
      • Conduct legal research and prepare trial materials
      • Assist in deposition and trial prep
      • Learn strategies for plaintiff-side PI litigation

      Qualifications

      • JD, licensed and in good standing in Texas
      • 0–3 years of personal injury experience
      • Excellent legal writing and research skills
      • Valid TX driver’s license; good driving record
      • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
