Job Description

- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and prepare trial materials
- Assist in deposition and trial prep
- Learn strategies for plaintiff-side PI litigation
- JD, licensed and in good standing in Texas
- 0–3 years of personal injury experience
- Excellent legal writing and research skills
- Valid TX driver’s license; good driving record
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
