Villari Food Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Brine Pickle Maker to join our Raw Processing Operations team. This role is essential to our meat packing business, specifically focusing on the injection process to ensure quality and consistency in our products.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and mix brine solutions according to established recipes and specifications.
· Operate and maintain injection equipment used in the meat packing process.
· Monitor brine levels, temperature, and concentration to ensure product quality.
· Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of all equipment and work areas.
· Follow safety and food handling procedures in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
· Document production data and maintain accurate records of brine batches and injection processes.
· Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to meet daily production goals.
· Create and verify accuracy on Food Safety and government-regulated forms.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent prefered.
· Previous experience in food processing or meat packing preferred.
· Knowledge of brining and injection processes is a plus.
· Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions
This position requires standing for extended periods, working in cold environments, and handling raw meat products. Protective gear will be provided, and adherence to safety protocols is mandatory.
