      Job Summary


      This dynamic business development position is responsible for growing UPS Small Package Brokerage business. We offer a competitive wage plus commission pay structure, with exceptional earning potential to reward strong performance.

      Primary responsibilities include prospecting new customers and building solid relationships with existing customers to retain and grow revenue within an assigned book of business and geography. The successful candidate has exceptional relationship building and communication skills to effectively assess customer needs and present appropriate solutions to support revenue growth and retention of existing business.

      As a trusted advisor, our Brokerage Inside Sales Representatives assist customers in navigating the ever-changing world of logistics and acts as an advocate internally. The selected applicant researches the competitive environment and uses product knowledge to generate creative and unique solutions to meet customer needs and business objectives.

      Job Type : Full-Time / Permanent

      Workda ys: Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)

      Shift Hours: (must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week).

      • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST

      • 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM PST

      Shift Duration: 8 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time).

      Work Location: Hybrid

      Starting hourly wage: 17.75


      Responsibilities:

      • Prospecting for new clients to expand market share in the Brokerage segment

      • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries timely and effectively

      • Develops strong relationships with existing customers to support growth and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction

      • Creates and positions compelling value proposals to potential and existing customers

      • Participate in weekly team meetings and all assigned training sessions

      Qualifications:

      • Prior business development experience, specifically in the B2B segment

      • Confident with strong communication and presentation skills

      • Experience using Salesforce and MS Office, preferred

      • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent, preferred

      • Fluent in both English and French, Asset
