What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze data from various platforms to show performance and extract meaningful insights
- Write actionable monthly business reports and launch performance reports
- Build strategic presentations for internal and external business updates
- Monitor performance across categories and channels, identifying risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with business actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years in a strategic, analytical role in beauty, CPG, or consumer brands
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-ready decks
- Experienced with dashboard/reporting tools like Domo, Nielsen, Stackline, and Spate
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, thriving in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written communication skills, capable of ghostwriting for the CMO
