What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain requirement documents related to coverage, reimbursement, and system changes
- Monitor sources to ensure updates align with regulatory baseline requirements
- Lead the development and management of requirement interpretation review processes
- Communicate requirement interpretations and changes to health plans and impacted corporate areas
- Engage with operations leadership to review compliance-based issues for benefit planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of experience in a managed care organization, health insurance, or a directly adjacent field
- Knowledge of policy and government legislative review
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Office Product Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Proven success in a dynamic and autonomous work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with contingent workforce management and operational support
- Familiarity with Vendor Management System (VMS), specifically Beeline
- Experience with Statement of Work (SOW) and vendor contracting
- Strategic sourcing experience
- Proficiency in reporting and dashboard development, including Excel and Power BI
