Are you a strategic storyteller with a passion for design, relationships, and growth? We’re looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our dynamic, design-driven studio in Midtown Manhattan. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping how our work is presented, positioned, and pursued.

In this role, you’ll be a key partner to firm leadership and internal teams—helping drive marketing strategy, support client outreach, and manage the systems that fuel our business development efforts. If you’re organized, proactive, and energized by architecture and the built environment, we’d love to meet you.

      What You’ll Do

      • Develop and execute marketing strategies and targeted outreach initiatives
      • Support client engagement through networking, email campaigns, social media, meeting preparation, and follow-up
      • Maintain and manage our CRM system (Zoho), including contact management and opportunity tracking
      • Track, coordinate, and support responses to RFQs, RFPs, and interview submissions
      • Assist in creating proposals, qualifications packages, and client presentations
      • Maintain and update marketing collateral, project descriptions, narratives, visuals, and social graphics
      • Collaborate with internal teams to craft clear, compelling project stories
      • Support branding initiatives, award submissions, and firm-wide marketing efforts
      • Analyze business development activity to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities

      What You Bring

      • 3–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or communications
      • Proven experience producing proposals, qualifications packages, or client-facing presentations
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, AI platforms, and CRM systems (Zoho strongly preferred)
      • Ability to collaborate across teams and work closely with firm leadership

      Nice to Have

      • Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate environments
      • Hands-on experience managing Zoho CRM
      • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
      • Genuine interest in architecture, design, branding, and the built environment

      Our Studio Culture

This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Midtown Manhattan studio. Our environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and design-forward. We value creativity, clarity, accountability, and strong communication—and we take pride in the quality of both our work and our culture.
