What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with internal teams and Laboratory Operations stakeholders to design and deliver comprehensive reporting solutions
- Facilitate the collection of key data sources needed to drive business insights and direction
- Design and administer a self-service reporting program to support stakeholder reporting and automation needs
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the organization's analytics tools, driving awareness and effective usage across teams
- Foster a culture of data literacy by equipping business users with the skills and tools needed to interpret data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Consulting, or equivalent work
- Proficient in SQL query development
- Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools (SQL, Snowflake, Looker, Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills
