What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support planning and implementation of new projects and initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Assist the team in addressing problems, analyzing information, and determining feasible solutions
- Develop and produce departmental analyses and reports, including workflow and trend reporting
- Adhere to company standards and procedures, ensuring high-quality work documentation
- Identify risk-related issues and escalate them to management as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in documenting business requirements, processes, and test cases
- Experience working on large-scale projects, such as system migrations or business transformations
- Familiarity with Loan Servicing operations and technology (i.e., AFSVision, LoanIQ, Client)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work as a W2 employee for the contract duration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in Banking Servicing and/or Operations
- Experience with AFSVision or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to create executive summaries to drive action
