Prepare suite prior to guest arrival and coordinate room service set-up with special requirements as requested by guests
Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure proper room presentation and cleanliness standards are upheld
Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with necessary departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Provide food and beverage service to designated suites, collaborating with Room Service Manager on duty to ensure accurate order details are communicated and obtained
Ensure butler pantry is replenished and equipment is in alignment with company standards
Maintain accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email and other forms of communication
Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, features, and local attractions and activities
2+ years of experience in hospitality is preferred
Food and beverage experience in a fine-dining setting is preferred
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Must be 21 years of age or older
