- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Purchases supplies and Material required by facilities departments
- Checks on all backordered PO’s and does required follow-up.
- On a daily basis runs the “Below MOQ/Stock Out-Report, taking the appropriate actions to remedy this condition.
- On a weekly basis generates the system “Exception Report” doing the necessary research to correct these discrepancies.
- Works closely with AP to ensure that all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Works in concert with the Material Supervisor in loading the necessary data to maximize the use of “Global Healthcare Exchange, (GHX)
- Randomly reviews system dictionaries data entry to identify errors and make corrections.
- Conducts weekly cycle counts on “A” items to ensure the integrity of the electronic inventory.
- Aggressively researches for alternate medical/surgical product that can be presented to the “Product Evaluation Committee” for their approval as an accepted alternates.
- Makes management staff aware of any market conditions, such as know shortages or significant price increase.
- Organizes and assists in conducting the annual inventory and works closely with departments to ensure inventory needs are met.
- Must be able to legally drive and observe all traffic and safety laws, local, county and state.
- Current and valid Colorado driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) year of related experience.
- $30.00 - $34.50 per hour, depending on education and experience.
- Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increase, market adjustments, recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation may be available.
