- Design, develop, and implement new features for a mission-critical pre-trade and trading platform using C#/.NET.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and fellow developers to deliver business-driven enhancements.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies (Scrum / Kanban) to support iterative and high-quality delivery.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including application design, user guides, and deployment procedures.
- Provide ongoing production support and maintenance, investigating issues, resolving incidents, and implementing improvements.
- Contribute to the stability, performance, and scalability of real-time trading applications in a global environment.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in C#.
- Proven experience working in an agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
- Prior exposure to front-office or pre-trade systems within investment banking or capital markets.
- Solid understanding of fixed income products, including bonds, repos, loans, and interest rate derivatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex functional requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams.
- The salary range for this role is US$120,000 - US$140,000

Talan is looking for a Senior C# Developer to join the Global Markets Pre-Trade IT team of one of our leading Corporate & Investment Banking clients. This team delivers reliable, real-time IT solutions supporting Global Macro (Rates, FX), Equities / Securities Lending, and Credit businesses.
In this role, you will work closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders, contributing across the full software development lifecycle in a front-office environment.
