Job Description
- Req#: JP-005814127
- Create detailed drawings using SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Draft 3D assembly drawings
- Manage files within SolidWorks
- Participate in client meetings and paperwork handling as needed.
- Experience from school or basic CAD drafting experience, particularly with SolidWorks assembly drawings.
- Familiarity with file management within SolidWorks.
- Hands-on electrical or mechanical experience is highly preferred.
- SolidWorks Certification (CSWP) is a plus.
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's in Engineering Technology is advantageous.

90% of the time will be spent designing in SolidWorks. The remaining 10% may involve observing the manufacturing floor or participating in customer meetings and paperwork. The role offers plenty of room for growth, with opportunities to transition into engineering roles. Training will be provided
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover Park, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.25/hr.
