- Answer inbound service calls and assist customers with their needs
- Collect detailed information to determine the nature and urgency of each request
- Dispatch service technicians promptly and efficiently to breakdown locations
- Accurately enter and maintain information in the dispatch system
- Communicate job details clearly to field technicians, including order information, location specifics, and any potential issues
- Follow up on open service calls to ensure proper completion
- Maintain professionalism and clear communication with customers and internal teams
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- High-speed internet connection (required for remote work)
- Personal computer (laptop/desktop) with an additional monitor
- Wired or wireless headset
- Flexible schedule availability
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and consistent typing ability
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Strong active listening skills and attention to detail
