      Description

      Responsible for answering all incoming case management, main office and MMU department telephone calls
      • Transfer urgent calls to the appropriate department
      • Send messages for all other calls
      • Photocopy, file and scan documents
      • Works closely with the on-duty nurse case managers
      • Always maintain patient confidentiality
      • Treat all coworkers, clients and patients with fairness, respect and professionalism
      • Assist with data entry, as assigned
      • Other duties as assigned

      Requirements

      Active listening is essential for this role
      • General knowledge of business office functions
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
      • General knowledge of Microsoft Excel
      • Possess good verbal and communication skills
      • Possess strong organizational skills
      • Ability to set priorities and work independently is essential
      • Ability to understand and react with diverse groups and operations
      • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, as applicable for the role
