      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
      - Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present service packages
      - Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering data into the SalesForce system
      - Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers and address their inquiries
      - Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
      - Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
      - Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
      - Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
      - Associate's degree or higher is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a sales-oriented role, particularly in telecommunications or related fields
      - Strong communication skills with a focus on customer empathy and support
      - Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve sales goals
      - Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
