What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
- Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
- Provide high-level customer service through accurate data entry in the SalesForce system
- Use product expertise to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching services
- Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
- Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
- Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively
- Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
- Education: Associate's degree or higher preferred
