What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as primary operational support for the TSYS Loyalty Platform (TLP) and manage ticket inquiries
- Monitor platform activity to ensure transaction accuracy and system performance
- Execute monthly First Line of Defense (FLOD) control testing in accordance with compliance requirements
- Analyze operational data to identify performance issues and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with business teams, technology partners, and vendors to communicate operational updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field OR equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of experience in financial services operations, specifically with TSYS
- Strong understanding of card operations and transaction processing systems
- Experience in banking and/or card payments
- High attention to detail with strong documentation and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting TSYS platforms, loyalty systems, or rewards processing environments
- Knowledge of operational risk management and control frameworks
- Familiarity with audit, compliance, and regulatory support activities
- Experience performing First Line of Defense (FLOD) control testing
- Understanding of card network processes and payment ecosystem operations
