      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead regional education and training activities for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) procedures and product launches
      - Train and educate internal teams and external customers on CRM products and solutions
      - Provide implant or clinic coverage based on regional needs and strategic priorities
      - Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute technical and clinical training aligned with business goals
      - Build and maintain relationships with key customers to reinforce the value of Medtronic products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or sales/service/engineering in the Cardiac Rhythm or Implantable Medical Device Industry
      - Valid driver's license
      - Strong understanding of cardiac medical terminology and the medical device industry
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in biomedical engineering or nursing
      - Experience in Cath Lab, EP Lab, hospital/clinic, or cardiology settings
      - Experience teaching and educating medical personnel or peers
      - Expertise with Microsoft tools and other business applications (e.g., SalesForce.com)
      - IBHRE certification (required at Sr and Principal level)
