What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively monitor and manage files using proprietary web-based applications
- Facilitate and schedule medical services for claimants to ensure timely care
- Provide telephonic and written customer support services
- Document actions and correspondence between parties to maintain accurate records
- Ensure files are complete with all appropriate documentation and comply with safety regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma
- Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective multi-tasking skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook and Excel
