      Position Summary:

      The Rockhill Group, Inc. is hiring full-time Certificated Flight Instructors (CFI/CFII/MEI as required) for the Educational Services Agreement (ESA) – supported Initial Pilot Training program at the CAE Pueblo Training Center, Pueblo, CO. Instructors will provide academic, simulator, and in-aircraft training under FAA Part 141, preparing USAF- and USAF-sponsored students for Private Pilot Certification (ASEL/AMEL) with Instrument privileges.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Deliver classroom, simulator, and flight instruction in accordance with FAA Part 141 requirements and CAE/ESA training syllabi.
      • Provide ground instruction on aircraft systems, procedures, and flight planning.
      • Conduct pre-/post-flight briefings and debriefings to reinforce student comprehension.
      • Execute training for PPC ASEL, Instrument Airplane Rating (IAR), and PPC AMEL certification courses.
      • Maintain accurate student training records and gradebooks.
      • Comply with CAE/ESA safety, security, and quality management standards.

      Qualifications and Education Requirements:

      • FAA CFI and/or CFII, with MEI as required.
      • FAA Class III Medical Certificate.
      • Eligible for DoD Public Trust security clearance.
      • Instructional experience in a Part 141 program or military equivalent.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • FAA CFI with ASEL, AMEL, and CFII ratings.
      • Military Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT) instructor background or large Part 141 school experience.
      • Experience teaching in technologically advanced aircraft.
