      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment, assisting patients, doctors, and facilities
      - Enter and process a high volume of prescription information with speed and accuracy
      - Perform claim adjudication and auditing duties, including prior authorizations and billing checks
      - Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals on behalf of patients
      - Maintain patient records with strong attention to detail and confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
      - Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA), maintaining a current certificate
      - Must maintain pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
