• Coach a High Volume of Members: Efficiently juggle a diverse roster of members, providing high-quality coaching and support to each individual while maintaining exceptional service standards.

As a Certified Wellness Coach at The Perfect Workout, you will:

• Provide expert Wellness Coaching instruction to all your members using the Wellness Coaching Proven Process.
• Perform regular coaching sessions along with check-ins for all your members each week.
• Professionally handle inquiries from prospective members by using the company’s designated scripts.
• Assist in mentoring and educating new coaches going through our certification program
• Continuous learning (communication, fitness, wellness, and our company’s business systems, etc.)
• Dress professionally and be well-groomed within the company’s dress code when on Zoom calls and ensure your backdrop is blank and free of distractions.
• Assist the Head of Wellness in creating, monitoring, evaluating, and improving company systems.
• Read and respond to text and email communication within 24 hours of receipt during working days.

Education Requirements:

• Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coaching Certification (PN1).
• Precision Nutrition Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery Certified (SSR)

Pay: $7.25 - $17.80 per hour
