- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned Food Service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements
- Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer information and business trends using Circana data to identify and expand business opportunities
- Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply income growth
- 3+ years of fact-based selling experience
- Post Secondary Education required
- Must have a valid DL and reliable vehicle
- AFH experience is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Required to have a thorough understanding of the marketplace environment impacting the customer.
- Key skill sets to be successful would include – Strategic Insight, Business Planning, Conflict Management, Savvy Communication, and Influence Management, Finance acumen.
- Strong selling and negotiating skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, an assertive, proactive and analytical approach with a sales background.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Broad based experience in varied disciplines – Sales, Sales Management, Cross-Channel experience.

OverviewThe Role:
The Business Development Representative is responsible for the customer management and business development of a specific channel of customers (restaurant, recreation, hotels etc). The channel lead will be responsible for managing the relationship, execution, end development of a portfolio of current Pepsico customers as well prospecting new business within the channel. The channel lead will work with customers in both an office and store setting on execution and growth plans; as well as collaborate with PepsiCo’s Away From Home field and Key Accounts teams.

Total Compensation: $56,700 - $92,400
