What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary point of contact and customer advocate for existing and new accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with customers while actively generating new business through cold calling
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategic proposals that align with client goals
- Present new products and services to enhance customer relationships and ensure smooth onboarding
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical applications and various chemical products
- Proven experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing sales within the chemical industry
- Strong understanding of chemical usage, cost per application, and delivery systems
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office products and familiarity with Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Established relationships with car wash operators and convenience store decision-makers
- Strong knowledge of business plans, budgeting, and market penetration strategies
- Mechanical aptitude related to chemical delivery systems and installation
- Understanding of financial reports, including profit and loss statements and return on investment calculations
