What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow the existing customer base for Cisco, increasing revenue and gross margin
- Establish and develop strategic C-Level relationships and go-to-market strategy
- Develop and scale sales strategies for adoption of Cisco technologies
- Educate on core Cisco products, programs, and operations
- Assist customers in onboarding process and navigate cloud adoption

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year experience selling/managing Cisco Smartnet products
- Proven track record of building successful internal relationships
- Experience using CCW-R quoting tool
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with SHI's internal systems and processes
