      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct audits of casualty files to identify trends, patterns, or anomalies in the claims handling process
      - Communicate with insureds and claimants to explain benefits, coverages, and claims processes in compliance with regulations
      - Evaluate and determine claim values based on property, bodily injury, and liability data
      - Negotiate settlements with insureds and claimants to resolve first and third-party claims
      - Independently resolve claims within the defined authority level

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 7-9 years of prior claims handling experience
      - Comprehensive knowledge of claims administration best practices and procedures
      - Advanced knowledge of insurance principles, fault assessment, and subrogation
      - Advanced oral and written communication skills

      - Associate in Claims - Insurance Institute of America
      - Advanced organization and planning recognition skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and claims software
      - Understanding of medical terminology and causality
      - Advanced leadership skills among peers
