What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a main point of contact for claims-specific questions for the case managers
- Serve as a mentor for new hires and support training initiatives
- Conduct manager reviews and audits of claims to ensure quality outcomes
- Monitor KPIs and workload balancing for case managers to meet service levels
- Provide coaching and feedback to case managers as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of job-related experience
- At least 2 years of Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) case management experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
