- Ensuring reconciliations are accurate and up to date
- Advising clients on best practices and technology
- Driving operational accuracy and risk prevention
- 2 or more years of experience in financial operations, bookkeeping, bill pay, or client account management
- 2 or more years of remote work experience with strong time management and communication discipline
- 2 or more years of supervisory experience (leading onshore or offshore team members or holding accountability for work execution through others)
- Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage clients with professionalism
- Ability to drive accuracy and accountability across teams (onshore and offshore)
- Proactive, risk-aware, and focused on delivering white-glove service
- Comfortable using cloud-based tools, collaboration platforms, and fintech apps
- Experience with Bill.com or Sage Intacct is a bonus
- You will be the face of the client relationship, not just taking orders behind the scenes
- You will work with high-end clients and deliver professional-level service
- You will have the opportunity to drive improvements and scale the operation rather than follow scripts
- This is a fully remote position for U.S.-based applicants only. You must have at least 2 years of proven remote work experience and 2 years of supervisory experience
- Pay range is $26 to $32 per hour depending on experience and location

It is a professional client-facing position where you will own relationships, coordinate financial operations, supervise offshore execution teams, and ensure seamless delivery.

About the Role
You will manage the full financial operations lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of clients:
You will not be processing payments yourself. You will own the client relationship, manage deliverables, review accuracy, and ensure that everything is running smoothly across your client accounts.
