What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze complex business problems and deliver data-driven recommendations for clinical systems and operations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for projects and information systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business requirements and system functionality
- Support all phases of system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Act as a liaison between clients and technology teams to ensure alignment on project objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a closely related discipline
- Demonstrated experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong understanding of clinical and operational processes within the healthcare industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Visio, and other collaboration tools
- Knowledge of healthcare programs such as Medicare and Medicaid
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
- Adaptability in navigating shifting priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
