Support safe prescribing, dispensing, and supply of medicines

Liaise with GPs, consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Identify and manage medicines-related risks and interventions

Support patients with long-term conditions through counselling and follow-up

- MPharm degree (or equivalent)
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Experience working in a clinical pharmacy environment
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Independent Prescriber qualification (or working towards)
- Experience in primary care, secondary care, or community clinical services
- Postgraduate clinical diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience in service development or quality improvement
