      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate, monitor, and oversee multiple clinical trials while ensuring compliance with federal and local regulations
      - Serve as the central communications liaison for clinical trial collaborators, including investigators and funding sponsors
      - Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations for research staff
      - Ensure timely reporting to funding sponsors, regulatory boards, and other governing agencies
      - Collaborate with project investigators and research sites to meet study targets for patient recruitment and enrollment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred
      - 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a research-related field
      - 1-2 years of prior supervisory experience preferred
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to effectively supervise and train staff

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) and Good Clinical Practice (ICH GCP)
      - Strong database management and computer skills
      - Experience managing multi-center trials funded by NIH or industry standards
