      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee clinical monitoring activities and ensure CRA team compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and company SOPs
      - Allocate CRA resources and assess team performance to meet study deliverables
      - Review monitoring quality and resolve compliance issues with regulatory guidelines
      - Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
      - Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of industry experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO field
      - Minimum 2 years of people management or project management experience in clinical research
      - Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline
      - Thorough understanding of the drug development process and international standards (ICH GCP)
      - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
      - Experience in oncology clinical trials
      - Advanced degrees in a relevant field
      - Proven track record of team leadership and mentoring
