What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales revenue and test volume by establishing new business and increasing volume in existing hospitals
- Collaborate with various teams to achieve territory and company goals
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and early adopters of the diagnostic technology
- Present product features and benefits to hospital stakeholders using consultative sales techniques
- Manage contracts and renewals, ensuring long-term relationships with partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of sales/business development experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, Medical Device, Diagnostic Equipment, or Pharmaceutical industries
- Valid driver's license
- Proven success in introducing innovative products to healthcare professionals
- Strong network of relationships in hospitals and health systems, including C-level executives
