Job summary
**Maternity Cover** up to 67.50 hours available, fixed term
Elm C is a 22 bedded elderly care ward with a speciality in caring for those with a diagnosis of dementia or experiencing delirium. We aim to provide person centred, high quality care.
Shifts include night duty , weekends and bank holidays.
The essential criteria for this role includes the requirement to have a care certificate or the willingness and ability to undertake this. For further information please see the attached Care Certificate document attached.
Main duties of the job
Elm C cares for elderly patients with a range of needs, from acutely unwell patients to managing long term conditions, complex discharge planning to end of life care.
