      Were looking for Clinical Support Workers to join our forensic mental health inpatient ward areas including Wakefield and Doncaster. These are full-time roles (37.5 hours per week), working with adults who need support during a difficult time in their lives.

      This job is about being present, listening, and helping people feel safe, respected, and supported in their recovery. You'll work alongside nurses, doctors, occupational therapists and social workers, and you'll never be expected to do this alone.

      You don't need to have previous NHS Experience. What we really value is:

      Well support you with a local induction and full mandatory training when you start.

      Important to know:

      Main duties of the job

      Qualifications: Candidates must be able to evidence a relevant accredited Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent). We are aware of an increase in online short-course certifications being presented as equivalent to NVQ Level 2; however, these courses often lack the required depth, breadth, and clinical competency standards of a formally accredited qualification and will not be accepted.

      Skilled Worker visa sponsorship: Visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route can only be considered where the pro-rated salary meets the minimum threshold of £25,000, as required by UK Visas and Immigration. Therefore for Band 2 Roles, the salary does not meet the minimum threshold therefore, sponsorship cannot be offered.

      We do accept applicants who can provide evidence of Right to Work under a different route.
