      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet revenue generation targets on assigned accounts within the region on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis
      - Drive product utilization in existing accounts by cultivating new physician users and re-engaging lost customers
      - Conduct in-services and presentations to staff, including physicians and nurses
      - Proactively communicate daily with territory team members and provide updates on competitive, clinical, and customer situations
      - Maintain company standards of ethical conduct while professionally representing the company

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of related experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical field
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
      - Proficiency in PC-based office computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Ability to travel regionally within the assigned geography

      - Clinical background with strong sales skills and a proven track record
      - Experience in a Cath lab or nursing environment
      - Exceptional reading, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Keen self-awareness and ability to work in stressful environments
      - Good arithmetic skills and attention to detail for maintaining records and processing reports
