What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and enhance team performance by providing feedback and support to improve sales outcomes
- Deliver individual and team-level reporting to track progress and inform decision-making
- Conduct personalized feedback sessions to discuss tasks, quota achievement, training, and career development
- Organize and facilitate coaching and training sessions to equip sales representatives with necessary skills
- Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by business management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales position, preferably inside or outside sales
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or retail management
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, and/or retention as a Senior Representative or in a coaching position
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to establish and cultivate client relationships effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
