Job Description
- Req#: 5387
- Ability to understand, follow, and perform accurately all instructions written in the batch production record
- Understand and perform all job functions in accordance with cGMPs and SOPs
- Perform material handling of bulk tablets and coating solutions as specified on Manufacturing Orders
- Ensure that all products that are Coated conform to specifications as set forth in the batch production record
- Operate forklift and pallet jacks
- Maintain work are in a clean, well organized condition
- Train or have a qualified associate to train new associates
- Engage as a team member and ability to use Lean Sigma Tools; i.e. FMEA, DMAIC, 7 Wastes, etc.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Ability to speak,write and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Have good math skills, including fractions, decimals, computing rate, ratio and percent
- Good problem solving skills
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Legible handwriting
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and perform new job functions
- Overtime required when needed (including weekends)
- History of good attendance required with a history of dependability and responsibilities
- Good attendance; must be flexible to assist with workloads without notice for planned/unplanned absences
