      We’re looking for a Color, Materials & Finish (CMF) Intern to support the development of seasonal color palettes, materials research, and CMF execution across footwear and apparel. This internship is ideal for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to gain real-world experience in product creation within an innovative and fast-paced environment.

      Responsibilities:
      • Assist in gathering color, material, graphics and trend inspiration for seasonal concepts.
      • Help prepare color palettes, mood boards, and presentation materials for cross-functional teams.
      • Support material research, including organizing swatches, tracking samples, and documenting properties.
      • Assist with maintaining the digital and physical material library.
      • Learn and support the process of color standards management, including lab dip reviews and sample evaluations.
      • Help coordinate with cross-functional partners in Design, Development, and Merchandising.
      • Participate in meetings, take notes, and support milestone deliverables as needed.


      Qualifications:
      • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, Materials Science or a related field.
      • Strong interest in color design, materials, and the product creation process.
      • Basic understanding of color theory and trend research.
      • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) preferred.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Ability to collaborate, take direction, and communicate clearly.
      • Passionate, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

      $18 - $18 an hour
      The base salary range listed here represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of NOBULL’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonuses.
