Meet with homeowners to evaluate comfort needs and existing HVAC systems

Present replacement and upgrade options for residential HVAC systems

Build trust and rapport to guide customers to confident buying decisions

Create accurate, detailed sales proposals that transition smoothly to the install team

Clearly explain system options, pricing, financing, and warranties

Achieve individual and department sales goals

Work closely with service technicians, install teams, and operations

Become an expert in the Tallahassee market and customer needs

Proven success in in-home sales, HVAC sales, or residential service sales

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way

Confidence closing sales while maintaining integrity and professionalism

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and accountable

Comfort using tablets, CRM systems, and sales software

What We Do
We help homeowners improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability through expert plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical services. When a system replacement or major upgrade is needed, our Comfort Consultants step in to guide customers through the decision process.
Your Role: HVAC Comfort Consultant
As a Comfort Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners when a new HVAC system or major upgrade is needed. Your role is to listen, educate, and present solutions that fit the customer's home, comfort needs, and budget - then confidently close the sale.
This is a consultative, in-home sales role, not cold calling or retail sales.
