FOR YOU

• Hourly pay: $30–$45/hour (based on experience)

• $1,000 sign-on bonus after 6 months of completed work

What You’ll Do

• Maintain, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, order parts, and complete repairs
• Log work via service records and digital work order systems
• Collaborate with senior techs and continue learning on the job
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• EPA Certification (additional licenses a plus)
• Knowledge of VFDs, pneumatics, and controls
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
• Strong communication skills and tech-savvy
• Willing to work occasional weekends/on-call shifts
• Company van provided
• A reliable, team-oriented professional with strong customer service skills
