Hourly pay: $30–$45/hour (based on experience)

$1,000 sign-on bonus after 6 months of completed work

- Maintain, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, order parts, and complete repairs
- Log work via service records and digital work order systems
- Collaborate with senior techs and continue learning on the job
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- EPA Certification (additional licenses a plus)
- Knowledge of VFDs, pneumatics, and controls
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Strong communication skills and tech-savvy
- Willing to work occasional weekends/on-call shifts
