What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide assistance with audits, binders/invoicing, and endorsements while managing company correspondence
- Respond promptly to requests from the brokerage team, underwriters, retailers, or managers regarding account servicing issues
- Develop professional relationships with clients and underwriters to enhance business opportunities
- Act as a liaison between clients and underwriters to manage account documentation
- Maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry through workshops, seminars, and continuing education
What is Required (Qualifications):
- One year of wholesale insurance experience
- State-specific Insurance License
- High School graduate required; college courses preferred
- Experience and knowledge of Commercial Lines E&S products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years' experience with property and casualty lines of business
- Technical Assistant experience or three years of general insurance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and various rating portals
