      As a Community Intern you will:

      • Work hand in hand with some key contributors of the organization

      • Report anything that is out of order and out of safety to the Facilities Team

      • Coordinate the delivery, replacement and retrieval trips and ensure that all company assets under Community such as iPads, MacBook, iMacs with matching keyboards and mouse are kept tidy, and in best working condition with the IT Team

      • Follow up clearances with the HR Team

      • Assist in the daily onsite recruitment events which involves profile creation, and engagement with the Volume and Sourcing Recruitment Teams

      • Communicate any concerns revolving around special requirements (e.g. boardroom reservation, setup and the likes with the Operations Team

      • Communicate client visit logistics with the CS Team

      • Assist in the setup and other campaign or site specific requests by their assigned VPs with the Executive Assistants

      • Make sure all transmittals are properly endorsed and coordinated before the site transfer is going to happen. You will prepare all the necessary permits and passes to avoid going back and forth with the Community Team from different sites

      • You will report onsite

      Internship Requirements:

      • You must be of legal age to qualify for an internship

      • You must have OJT units requirement

      • Submit your CV, scanned copy of school ID, scanned copy of a valid government-issued ID, and scanned copy of birth certificate

      • Endorsement letter from your school indicating required number of hours for OJT

      Education / Certifications:

      • You must be taking Business Administration, Office Management, Mass Communication, Tourism, & Hotel Restaurant Management, and the like

      Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:

      • Full onsite

      • Morning Shift Only
