      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Introduce prospective host employers to the host sales team within Seasonal Exchanges
      - Strategize and develop new host relationships for placement opportunities
      - Act as a community liaison for CIEE and its programs
      - Coordinate quarterly community events with host employers and the CIEE/Season Exchanges team
      - Foster engagement and collaboration within the local community regarding international exchange initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Extensive network of host employers in the community
      - Strong local network and community engagement experience
      - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
      - Familiarity with seasonal work programs or international exchange initiatives
      - Passion for CIEE's mission and global exchange

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in community outreach or sales coordination
      - Knowledge of nonprofit operations and mission-driven work
      - Experience in organizing events or community engagement activities
