      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct psychosocial assessments and re-assessments to develop and update individualized service plans
      - Provide supportive counseling and intensive life skills training to individuals and client groups
      - Serve as an advocate to identify and assess entitlement resources and available social and vocational services
      - Maintain current client case records, preparing and submitting all required program forms and documentation accurately and timely
      - Ensure compliance with all policies, laws, regulations, and codes of ethics and confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of one year of experience preferred
      - Demonstrated ability to obtain vital information during interviews to make proper recommendations
      - Knowledge of financial entitlement programs and available social services
      - Must successfully obtain Criminal History Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Clearance

      - Experience in mental health or social services settings
      - Familiarity with community resources and support services
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
      - Commitment to ethical practices and client confidentiality
