      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in setting up community engagement and professional development events
      - Contribute to administrative tasks and manage lab/classroom environments
      - Supervise students during the Summer Science Camp while staying in campus dorms
      - Collaborate with the Wisconsin Science Festival and Science Expeditions
      - Handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining professionalism

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a UW-Madison student
      - Experience in science communication, public speaking, teaching, or research is preferred
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
      - Effective oral and written communication skills
      - Strong customer service skills are a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Relevant experience in event planning or educational programming
      - Familiarity with community engagement initiatives
      - Previous involvement in science-related activities or organizations
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
