What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned property, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Analyze financial statements and market trends to develop and manage property budgets
- Oversee lease enforcement processes, including approving resident applications and conducting inspections
- Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and ensuring timely responses to service requests
- Supervise property staff, including hiring, training, and managing performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in property management or a related field
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze budgets and financial statements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for resident and client interactions
- Ability to conduct physical property inspections and manage maintenance standards
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in multi-family housing management
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management
- Knowledge of marketing strategies for residential properties
- Proficiency in property management software
